Wow.

Just, freakin wow. Jim Geraghty nails it.

I'd been starting to lose confidence in Jim G., and was about to remove his blog TKS, which was a staple of my morning breakfast of news in 2004, from my daily links menu. He spends a lot of time talking about Turkey, and posting goofy snapshots of Turkish architecture and cuisine. That's really not what I go to his blog to see .. it's like turning on Rush and listening to him carping about football for twenty minutes. Disappointing. But with this article from Jim he really hits it out of the park. Way to go!!

I'm anxious to see if the 2006 elections will continue to show the American public's rejection of the liberal left in the results. Because one thing the left never seems to run out of is reasons not to put them in power.

Best response on Slashdot ever.

Saw it yesterday. I'm paraphrasing because I can't find the article anymore.

Poster 1: Why are you calling these tiny hunks of orbiting debris 'moons'? Don't moons have to be of a certain size to be considered a moon? That's like calling the ISS a 'moon'.

Poster 2: That's no moon. It's a space station.

RIAA Radar

Found this link this morning. This is a site that will tell you if any given artist is in bed with tie RIAA, so you can decide whether or not you want to spend your money on them on that basis. Sadly, my new favorite artist has RIAA warnings all over his stuff. Too bad I'd already bought my CD before I knew about this.
