I am totally of the mind that they should just rebuild the towers exactly as they were. I guess it's too late to change their minds though. That would signify resilience better than putting up a huge memorial.
I totally agree. They should build the towers just as they were, one story taller. That would send the best message to the world. I'm really not crazy about the design of the new structure(s).
