Shortly after completion of the Christopher S. Bond Life Sciences Center on the MU campus in 2004, I was asked to create a Web site for the building. After having done so (and the site being well-received), the administrators of the Life Sciences Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (LSUROP) sought my help in designing a new site. They wanted it to be an unconventional design that would appeal to undergraduates and highlight diversity within the program.
